The Mt. Lebanon Strength and Conditioning program primary goals are to further enhance the student’s ability levels while having a concentration on injury prevention, correcting muscle imbalances and minimizing improper movement patters. This is done through a series of evaluation tools, training regimens and injury prevention programs to provide the athletes the best chance for success. The strength and conditioning program works directly with the athletic director, athletic training staff and the coaches at Mt. Lebanon to facilitate appropriate training sessions for every athlete.
